The shopping centre wants to reward your loyalty, so on Saturday 9th, Sunday 10th and Monday 11th September it offers you the chance to win one of over five hundred prizes in its Lucky Roulette. Come along to the heart of Andorra’s top shopping centre and join in with your purchase receipt.

It’s very easy to take part!

All you have to do is hand in your purchase receipt from any of the shops or other establishments in illa Carlemany at the Customer Care Point on the ground floor, during the period of the promotion. The receipt must be for at least €20, smaller receipts cannot be added up to reach this figure and remember that a single ticket for a higher amount does not entitle you to take part more than once.

You can hand in the receipt on any of the three days the promotion lasts: Saturday and Sunday from 10am to 9pm, and Monday until 8.30pm. The law prohibits minors from taking part.

The promotion on your mobile and in your email

After handing in your receipt, if it fulfils the requirements, you’ll need a mobile to scan a QR code and access the promotion app, where you’ll have to identify yourself and press the button to spin the roulette wheel!

If it comes to rest in one of the pockets with a prize, you’ll receive an email message immediately at the contact you gave. Show it to the staff at the Customer Care Point and you’ll get your prize.

Discounts, free tickets and gift cards

The Lucky Roulette prizes are: €7 discounts at Caldea, entrance tickets for two to the museums run by the Andorran government and illa Carlemany gift cards worth €10, €50 and €100.
