illa Carlemany sits in the heart of Andorra’s leading shopping district. The building and its unique green copper façade have become an icon in the pedestrian shopping area formed by the avenues Meritxell and Carlemany. The building is made up of four storeys, built around a central courtyard, and three underground floors, for convenient parking.
Here you will find 65 different establishments boasting the finest brands and designers, eight restaurants and cafés, a Caprabo supermarket, six cinema theatres (one of which is equipped with Dolby Atmos sound and three of which offer 3D viewing) and even a gym. At illa Carlemany, you are sure to find everything you’re looking for.

More than 600 indoor and outdoor parking spaces, so that you can park your car conveniently. You will also find adapted spaces on every level, as well as a charger point for electric cars.
