Visit Andorra this holiday

Many people will enjoy an extra long weekend this weekend. In some places, Tuesday the 24th is a holiday and we all want to have a good time during a getaway. Andorra is the perfect location to enjoy with family and friends, and to undertake activities that are more difficult to do when it’s cold and prices are up.

Andorra is a peaceful and tranquil place. We should get to know it as more than just a winter or shopping destination since Andorra has a surprising amount of interesting places to visit and activities to undertake throughout the year. What makes Andorra special is its heritage, its culture and its history, therefore, visiting the villages and exploring the mountain routes, the lakes and the charming hotels is essential.

When the snow backs up, the villages take centre stage and routes become accessible to visit Andorra’s most attractive spots. Moreover, no getaway is complete if not combined with delicious food. Luckily, Andorra has a fantastic culinary scene.

For more fun, don’t forget to visit the Illa Carlemany shopping centre. During the holiday, we are extending the opening hours of the stores: from Friday 20 to Monday 23 September they’re open from 10 am to 9 pm so you have more time to shop. In our centre you can find shops with clothes, shoes, backpacks, books, and accessories as well as restaurants and much more.

So don’t hesitate to make a stop at our centre during your trip. We’ll be expecting you!
