With just days to go before the Three Kings arrive from the Orient bearing their gifts for everybody, their helpers are very busy. While their royal postmen are still collecting letters from children saying what gifts they want, as they are doing at illa Carlemany from 6 to 9 o’clock every evening until this Wednesday, when they will do it at midday, from 12 to 2 o’clock, the rest of the kings’ pages are preparing piles and piles of presents to be delivered to homes all over the country on the night of 5th January. All properly wrapped and labelled, they must be ready for delivery on this, the most magical night of the year.

Children of all ages ask the Three Kings for all kinds of things. From toys to clothes, books, perfume, jewellery or handbags, not forgetting more practical things, from the world of computing to mobile phones or video games, for example. The things we ask them for are so diverse that they have to think well ahead about where to find it all. This is why their Majesties chose illa Carlemany, Andorra’s centre, months ago as their official supplier, and it is at the stores in this shopping centre that have bought thousands and thousands of the gifts they are asked for. They know that they can find everything here, even down to tickets for the concerts in this year’s edition of the Andorra Mountain Festival. What’s more, the gift wrapping service makes their job a lot easier.
