illa Carlemany Shopping Centre hereby informs visitors that photographs and audiovisual recordings may be taken within its facilities during events, activities, concerts, promotional campaigns and other types of activities organised either by the shopping centre itself or by third parties acting as organisers and/or collaborators.

These images and videos may be used by illa Carlemany for informational, promotional, advertising and communication purposes related to the activities carried out at the shopping centre. They may be published through the centre’s corporate media and communication channels, information screens, promotional materials and any other communication channels deemed appropriate by the shopping centre.

At all times, image recording will be carried out with due regard for the rights and dignity of attendees, avoiding, whenever possible, the individualised capture of persons as the main subject of the image. Likewise, care will be taken to ensure that an appropriate express authorisation or other lawful basis exists, in accordance with the applicable data protection regulations.
