With a minimum purchase of €25 and a maximum of €500, buying this gift card is fast and easy: you simply fill out the purchase form, use a bank card to pay for the desired value, and the gift card is issued immediately. Depending on the card’s value, it is presented in either a box or a case.

General terms of use for the gift card

This card is only valid for purchases at the establishments in illa Carlemany, except for the parking lot, and always where Mastercard is accepted. It is loaded with the requested amount. You can check the card balance at the Customer Service Desk and any Creand ATM. Be aware of the card's expiration date. To use it, there must be an available balance. In case of theft, loss, damage, or irregularity, illa Carlemany reserves the right to replace or cancel the card. Make sure not to make purchases for an amount exceeding the balance, as the transaction will be denied. If you want to make a purchase for an amount exceeding the card balance, you must inform the merchant to charge only the exact amount available on the card and provide another payment method for the difference, if the establishment allows it. In case of return of goods or services purchased, keep the transaction receipt, purchase ticket, and card. Each time you use the card, you authorize illa Carlemany to deduct the transaction amount from the card balance. You agree to protect the card as if it were cash. The request, receipt, and use of this card imply that you expressly accept, as a user, each and every one of these general terms of use.
Exclusion of liability

Insufficient funds on the card to complete the transaction. The refusal of a merchant to accept the card. A malfunction of the electronic terminal where the transaction is made. Inability to access your card after reporting it as lost or stolen. If any circumstance beyond our control (fire, flood, communication error, etc.) prevents the transaction, despite reasonable precautions taken. Due to any hold or if your funds are subject to legal process or other restrictions that limit their use. If there are reasons to believe that the requested transaction is not authorized. The quality, safety, legality, or any other aspect of the goods or services you purchase with the card.
Other terms

If it is determined that any provision of these general terms of use is invalid or unenforceable under the legal terms of any rule, law, or regulation of any authority, this does not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions of the terms.
