Andorra’s Farming and Artisanal Products is a trademark initiative of the Department of Agriculture of the Government of Andorra that takes place on 1, 2 and 3 November. In this initiative, Andorra’s small producers of food and artisanal products join forces under this voluntarily adopted description.
Some of the participants exhibit innovative projects, like a 1,200 metre high chocolate tower made by chocolate factory Xocland. Or, check out the biological foods from Can Sona. Also participating, with a wide selection of different flavours, are the artisan jam makers from Casa Gendret. They produce and sell forest fruits cultivated at a height of 1,600 meters. You can also try the Alpha craft beer and enjoy its authentic and special flavour. And finally, you can check out the artisan cosmetics selection from Pocions de lluna nova and learn about natural cosmetics made with plants that grow in Andorra.
This seal is synonymous with high-altitude artisanal products, that are made in small volumes with high quality. The products are responsibly farmed, sustainable and take Andorra’s environment into account.
The Exhibition of Andorra’s Farming and Artisanal Products wants to promote the perks and variety of Andorran products on a market hosted by Illa Carlemany during the All Saints’ Holiday.
